Before I began writing this post, I had something entirely different in mind. I was going to announce my February challenges (a photo-a-day challenge and a continuation of #PlanksALot). But as I began reading these quotes on challenges, my mind went to a different place.
Thinking more deeply on challenges. Do I really challenge myself when I am running? Am I really pushing myself as hard as I can, or if there room for more? How does this apply to the other parts of my life?
If I think and evaluate myself honestly on these questions, the answer is no. I can do more. I can push myself harder. In running, and in other parts of my life. I will push harder. Will you challenge you to push yourself harder, too?

I need to challenge myself in order to stay focused. If I didn’t, I would walk not run. Work out 15 minutes instead of 30-45… Planksalot instead of planksnever.
It really does help, doesn’t it, Mary? It also helps to do it with a group, so that you are accountable. That’s what I really enjoy about PlanksALot.
