Thank you for the Motivation quotes.
I usually try to take the stairs when
trying to get somewhere. I usually park
further away from the store and walk or
jog to the store. When on a run I still
go in rain, headwinds, sometimes hail.
ELAINE STEWART
Elaine! You run in the hail??? You are tough!
I wanted to add something to my above
note. On my run I do run in the rain and
headwinds. When it hails, if possible,
I try to get shelter. Otherwise, if I was
on a long run w/ no shelter I would stop
until the hail stopped. I would hope that
would not be too long. Elaine Grace Stewart
Got it! You don’t go out when there is lightning, right? Because that is very unsafe. I want to keep you as a reader for a long time, Elaine!
Reply: I start my run w/ rain (light),
then sometimes headwinds kick in. I keep
going. Then later in the run hail kicks
in. The last time it happened I doing a
run around a church. I started to get
shelter. Then a nice lady invited me into
the church for coffee. I stayed for a bit
(hail stopped). Then ran home. ELAINE STEWART
Note- I don’t start a run when there is
lightening. That is not safe. Would not
want to be caught in it. Elaine
