Quitting Diet Coke has me thinking about other dietary choices that I’m making and how they affect my running and my health. Once I’m feeling really solid on the #DumpDietCoke effort, I’m going to look for the next thing to change in my diet. Dumping high fructose corn syrup? Dumping all white flour? Dumping sugar?
And really, how could I argue with Jack LaLane?
