Let’s talk about sweat, shall we?
Hopefully, you are working out to an intensity level that results in sweat – maybe lots of sweat. It’s good for you, and it’s a good measure of the effectiveness of your workout. Sweating benefits you in many ways.
When you sweat,
- you breathe faster
- your circulation improves
- your metabolism accelerates (which aids in weight loss)
- your pores open up and toxins and impurities are flushed out
- your immune system gets a boost
